GEG German Estate Group has acquired the 5-star hotel, Villa Kennedy, in Frankfurt from Commerz Real. Constructed in 2006 on a building footprint of 7,400 sqm, Villa Kennedy accommodates a rental area of around 19,250 sqm, with 720 sqm of office space, 126 car parking spaces and 163 rooms. The central building in the hotel complex is the listed "Villa Speyer".

LBBW Immobilien has acquired office buildings IV and V (Gervinusstrasse 15-17) of the Westend Carré in Frankfurt's banking district from Deka. The buildings, which accommodate around 4,100 sqm and, respectively, 2,750 sqm of office space, form the "Westend Carré II" ensemble.

This provides detailed information on 31 operative facility management service providers in Germany and two in Austria. The editors are the trade magazine, "Der Facility Manager", and VALTEQ.
